- I got a voucher for free shipping as a new member which is nice but the webpage asked me to pay for 2 times shipping cost for the same adress! When I called to the call centre, the lady on the phone told me, that she will send me a new voucher, what did not happend before 22.00 (called at 21.20) So I had to order and pay for 'free shipping'
I can read dutch, so there is no problem with the language, the problem is with the website is really unclear
